* Success Fees are discretionary and calculated as a percentage of Total First Year Remuneration (TFYR) or part thereof with a minimum of £100. Whilst agencies charge between 15 and 20%, WEXO charges between 9 and 15%. Cheaper quotes are often matched and ‘first search’ discounts offered. For interns found through WEXO who are then engaged on a full time contract within 12 months, the success fee is applied to the combined TFYR unless otherwise negotiated.

Through this relationship, WEXO can administer payrolls for internships exempting both companies and interns from PAYE and NICs, offering subsidies where applicable.
