You can either pay upfront to advertise roles through WEXO DIRECT or select ASK WEXO to let one of our Directors manage the whole process and find you suitable candidates for a discretionary % Success Fee.* Either way, one of our Team will be in touch within 24 working hours to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.

* Success Fees are discretionary and calculated as a percentage of Total First Year Remuneration (TFYR) or part thereof with a minimum of £450 For interns found through WEXO who are then engaged on a full time contract within 12 months, the success fee is applied to the combined TFYR unless otherwise discussed.
