WEXO Limited ("WEXO") is committed to protecting your privacy and security. WEXO regularly invites you to supply personal information in order for you to build a profile and for WEXO to provide you with services (such as access to subscriber-only services, jobs, email newsletters and competitions). In order to deliver such services, WEXO will need to process and store your personal information and may need to transfer it to our business partner(s) and to group companies of WEXO for processing both inside and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
On request, WEXO will notify you as to the types of information WEXO are collecting about you as well as the uses it intends to make of that information. Where you consent at the time of collection, WEXO may use your personal information to notify you from time to time about important new features and changes to our online services or special offers, competitions or promotions WEXO believes you will find of interest. You may unsubscribe from receiving these and all other communications at any time.
3.1 Except to the extent provided for below, WEXO will not pass on your personal details to any third party, including site sponsors or advertisers, without your consent. WEXO may provide aggregate statistics about our users, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to WEXO's third-party partners (if any), but these statistics will not contain any information about you from which you could be identified.
3.2 If you enter any of WEXO's competitions on or via this site it may be necessary for WEXO to provide your personal information to the promoters of the competition or to others that are involved in the organisation of the competition or the prize-giving.
3.3 If you post any personal information to any bulletin boards or forums, this information will naturally be made available to other users.
3.4 WEXO may transfer your personal information to actual and potential purchasers or other business collaborators or partners if WEXO acquires, or is acquired by or merges with, another company. This will enable you, for example, to continue your relationship with WEXO despite a change of ownership.

3.6 WEXO is not responsible for any websites that are referred to, or linked to, in on or via this site. When you visit these third party websites your personal information might be used by others in ways that do not conform to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
4.1 If you choose to build a Profile you will be required to register with the Personal Information indicated above.
4.2 You will also be able to enter information regarding your skills, experience and interests that will allow other Users to search for people like you.
4.3 WEXO may use your Profile information to match you to various job opportunities or users. Once presented with the opportunity, you can choose whether to make contact with the matched user(s) or act on the job opportunity.
5.1 WEXO works with employers, third-party advertising companies, sponsors and other companies with whom we do business ("Business Partners") to place advertising on our site and in email communications sent to our registered users and to recipients of Job Opportunities, Job Search Alerts, and other communications related to the WEXO Service. Information about your visit to this site, such as number of times you have viewed an ad, may be used to serve advertising to you.
5.2 Recipients of job opportunities have the option to inquire or forward the job on to friends. When you inquire or forward jobs, at minimum, your name and email address is shared with the employer offering the job. If you do not respond to a job opportunity, your contact information is not shared with the employer.
5.3 WEXO may correlate or match registered user information, including Personal Information, with information held by our Business Partners to target ads or otherwise improve the effectiveness of our service. Our Business Partners may read or set cookies on your hard drive, use pixel tags, track which ads you have viewed, or collect other information about you.
5.4 From time to time, WEXO may also have special offers that are sponsored by a Business Partner. In order to participate in these offers, you may be required to follow a separate registration process. If you consent to receive information from a Business Partner, through an opt-in process, WEXO may pass your information to such Business Partners.
5.5 WEXO may also offer goods or services for purchase available by our Business Partners. If you purchase goods or services offered through WEXO by a Business Partner, then you may be required to submit Personal Information in order to complete the transaction and WEXO may provide your Personal Information to such Business Partner for that purpose.
5.6 The WEXO Site may be co-branded with our Business Partners such as T5M.com and Future Prospect.
6.1 We use the collected Personal Information to verify you and to contact you in connection with your transactions, postings and other activities on the site, to forward to you messages from other Users, to communicate with you about Job opportunities of interest to you and to operate the WEXO service.
6.2 WEXO may capture searches and other activity conducted by you on the WEXO Service in order to make suggestions to you regarding what similar searches, activities or topics might be of interest to you.
6.3 These types of communications may contain commercial messages, such as banner ads and special offers. Each communication we send to you, other than communications sent to you for the sole purpose of addressing a technical or operational issue regarding the WEXO service, will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving further such communications from us.
6.4 Use of our invitation service to tell a contact about our site or a job opportunity, or to participate in a referral chain, requires that you enter your contact's email address. We will automatically send your contact a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site or view the opportunity. WEXO stores this information to send this one-time email, to register a contact connection if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of the WEXO referral program. Your contact may contact us at WEXO to request that we remove this information from view in our active database (Please use "WEXO Privacy" in the subject line).
6.5 WEXO uses your Personal Information to help us provide you with personalized content, advertising, and commercial messages (collectively, "Content").
6.6 WEXO does not sell, share or otherwise provide any " Personal Information" you give to us with any Business Partner without your consent, which may be obtained through an opt-in request (see Use of Personal Information by Business Partners below), unless required by law, court order or as required to technically operate the service, or to complete a transaction or order.
Other users will be able to view the information that you provide on your Profile.
7.1 Other users may choose to contact you. However, to ensure your privacy, WEXO will not display or give out your email address or any other contact information to other users on the site. We have developed a process that uses a "black-out" email system, which hides the email addresses of both the sender and recipient of email messages to protect the privacy of both the sender and receiver.
7.2 When using the process on the site, it is up to you to choose when you are comfortable disclosing your email address, or any other contact information, to others through private communications.
Similarly, you may contact other users on the site, and WEXO will hide your email address by using the "black-out" email process on the site.

8.1 Contracted employers using WEXO to send their jobs to you may receive your contact information (name and email address) from another user on WEXO, from one of their employees participating in a WEXO referral campaign, or by using other means outside the context of WEXO, such as their own database of resumes or a third party database. In all cases, the employer using WEXO to contact you is subject to this Privacy Policy. And, you may at any time choose to opt out of receiving further communication from WEXO. However, even if WEXO blocks further use of your contact information, WEXO cannot prevent employers who have obtained your name and email address independently from WEXO from contacting you directly. WEXO recommends contacting the employer directly if you wish to opt-out of further communication.
8.2 In order to provide other offers of particular interest to you, WEXO may share demographic, geographic, and other Personal Information with its Business Partners with your explicit consent (opt-in).
8.3 PLEASE NOTE: The privacy practices of advertisers and other companies who provide services or advertising through our site are not covered by Wexo's privacy policy. Please contact those companies directly for more information about their privacy practices. If you wish to prevent those companies from setting cookies on your browser, you may set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you before setting a cookie. Disabling cookies set by companies whose products or services are advertised on this site may affect your ability to use this site.
9.1 WEXO may disclose your Personal Information or the contents of your private communications if required to do so by law or court order. Your Personal Information may also be disclosed if necessary in order to complete a transaction such as the fulfilment of an order or purchase placed by you.
9.2 WEXO will in no way disclose the contents of your WEXO communications other than to the intended recipient(s) unless required (1) by law or court order, (2) to protect WEXO 's rights and property, (3) to protect against unauthorized use of the WEXO site, and (4) during emergencies such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk.
9.3 Also, certain technical processing of messages and their content may be required to: (1) send and receive messages; (2) conform to connecting networks' technical requirements; (3) conform to the limitations of the Service; or (4) conform to other similar requirements.
9.4 It is possible that as we continue to develop the WEXO website and business, WEXO and/or related assets may be acquired. In such a transaction, customer information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

WEXO will demand that those non-EEA parties to whom it transfers personal information adhere to the same security procedures that WEXO follows itself. 11.1 In order to enable WEXO to provide you with a personalised browsing experience, the site uses 'cookie' information collection technology.
