Description of role:

We are building a management programme for graduates and suitable students to learn about the Hospitality industry. You'll work on the floor of one of our 4 flagship restaurants getting a bottom-up understanding of all aspects of working in and managing restaurants. Day to day duties will include waiting tables and working the bar whilst developing your knowledge of wines and food. Once a firm understanding of the business is grasped you will move on to help in e-marketing, party planning Health & Safety and much more. Successful interns will be able to apply for more senior roles within the business.

Responsibilities:

You will involved in the day today management of the stock and premises and in time, lead other employees within the team. Ultimately you will be part of Longshot’s highly respected group of businesses and learn what it has taken to build, develop and profit from a portfolio of exciting leisure and hospitality projects.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Excellent English
